DELIVERY COST
Your order will be shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location. Shipping and handling charges are included at checkout. All shipments are tracked, and tracking information will be sent by email once your order is shipped.
REFUND POLICY
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Refund requests submitted after this window will not be eligible.

RETURN POLICY
To return a product, contact customer service to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Include the RMA number on the package and send it to our fulfillment center within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
Unopened Products: Eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Must be in original, undamaged packaging.
Opened Products: Eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days. Ensure the product meets your expectations before fully using it.

SHIPPING TERMS
One-time orders will be shipped in the quantity purchased. Deliveries are made in 3–5 business days. Shipments are not sent on weekends or holidays. EclatBloom does not guarantee specific arrival times. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
